The reservation of an object can be made directly, via internet or by telephone at Vakantiepark Eiland van Maurik. We are available from 09:00 to at least 16:00. You will receive your reservation receipt/invoice no later than 1 week after requesting the reservation. This reservation receipt is your and our proof of booking. In addition, we always have the right to cancel or cancel bookings if an object is not booked with us for recreational purposes. We also have the right to change the booking within 28 days before departure. Payment terms are as follows: 25% within 2 weeks of booking, 75% 6 weeks before arrival. In case of Last Minute 100% before arrival.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Not included are any increases in the VAT rate and any additional government taxes that were not reasonably known or applicable at the time of publication of this webpage. Also, our prices are fluctuating in nature. Prices are subject to printing errors.

By making a booking, the guest agrees to the rate applicable at that time. Any price changes after the booking has been made do not apply to already confirmed reservations.

In the context of sustainability, we apply a fair use policy. This means that an X number of kWh per day is included during your stay. You can view consumption in the Eiland van Maurik app. Excess energy consumption will be billed after your stay. Keep an eye on your energy consumption via the app.

You can take out cancellation insurance when booking. We apply the RECRON conditions. If you take out cancellation insurance, you agree to these conditions. 

The main booker must be at least 21 years of age. If nuisance is created by you and/or your party, we reserve the right to remove you as a guest from the park immediately.

Holiday park Eiland van Maurik is a lively family park and focuses on providing holidays for recreational purposes. The main booker must be at least 21 years of age. Upon arrival, the staff of Vakantiepark Eiland van Maurik can ask for a deposit of a maximum of €350 per accommodation. For group accommodations you pay a standard deposit of €350, which will be returned when the accommodation is left clean and the passes are returned.

Groups of friends/girlfriends and stays for non-recreational purposes are not allowed. If you do not meet our target group, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or remove you from the park. No refunds will then be possible. You are responsible for your own day visit and leaving the park on time (no later than 23:00). If this is not complied with, we will hold the main booker liable.

We are not liable for theft and damage to your personal belongings. 

As Holiday Park Eiland van Maurik is located near the floodplain and on a headland, we have to deal with changing natural conditions. In periods of (imminent) high water, it may be necessary to move pitches and certain accommodation, such as the Strandhuisjes and Havenhuisjes, inside the dike or to put them out of use. Vakantiepark Eiland van Maurik B.V. reserves the right to unilaterally cancel or adjust reservations for these accommodations or camping pitches in case of (threatening) high water or other force majeure situations. In such cases, a suitable alternative solution will be sought in consultation with the guest, such as rebooking to another period or accommodation, if available.

If you have preferences regarding location, several bungalows next to each other or a particular rental object, we will gladly comply if possible. You have the option to choose your own spot (if available). Additional costs apply for this option.
No discounts are given. No rights can be derived from the object name or campsite number stated on the reservation/confirmation unless the preferential charge stated on the reservation/confirmation has been paid.

Crockery and other damage can be reported and reimbursed at reception.

All our services and transactions are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), as drawn up by Koninklijke Horeca Nederland. Toegang en gebruik

• Het Family Entertainment Center is toegankelijk voor bezoekers van alle leeftijden. Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar dienen altijd begeleid te worden door een volwassene.
• Het gebruik van speeltoestellen, arcadegames en overige faciliteiten is op eigen risico.
• Voor bepaalde attracties of speelzones kunnen minimale lengtes of leeftijden gelden. Onze medewerkers hebben het recht hierop te handhaven.

Veiligheid en instructies

• Bezoekers dienen alle aanwijzingen van het personeel en de instructies bij attracties strikt op te volgen.
• Het is niet toegestaan om te rennen, klimmen op niet-toegestane plekken of ander gedrag te vertonen dat de veiligheid van uzelf of anderen in gevaar brengt.
• In het geval van calamiteiten dient men de instructies van het personeel direct op te volgen en zich te begeven naar de aangegeven verzamelplaatsen.

Aansprakelijkheid

• Eiland van Maurik is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van persoonlijke eigendommen.
• Bezoekers zijn aansprakelijk voor schade die zij (of hun minderjarige kinderen) toebrengen aan apparatuur, eigendommen of andere personen.
• Deelname aan activiteiten binnen het Family Entertainment Center is geheel op eigen risico.

Hygiëne en netheid

• Gelieve eten en drinken uitsluitend te nuttigen in de daartoe bestemde horecagelegenheden of zitgedeelten.
• Bezoekers worden verzocht afval in de daarvoor bestemde prullenbakken te deponeren.

Gedrag en toezicht

• Agressief gedrag, verbaal of fysiek geweld, discriminatie of ander ongewenst gedrag wordt niet getolereerd. Bij overtreding kan de toegang worden ontzegd zonder restitutie.
• Alcoholgebruik in of rondom het Family Entertainment Center is niet toegestaan, tenzij nadrukkelijk anders aangegeven bij horeca.
• Het personeel heeft te allen tijde het recht om toegang te weigeren of bezoekers te verwijderen bij wangedrag of overtreding van de regels.

Openingstijden en sluiting

• Het Family Entertainment Center hanteert vaste openingstijden. Bezoekers worden verzocht minimaal 15 minuten voor sluiting de speelzones te verlaten.
• Bij overmacht (bijv. technische storingen, veiligheidsrisico's) kan het Family Entertainment Center (tijdelijk) gesloten worden. In dit geval is geen restitutie mogelijk
