On the edge of our Marina are our Havenhuisjes. The Havenhuisjes are almost identical to our Strandhuisje in terms of interior, with 2 bedrooms. However, the Havenhuisje has a beautiful view of our Marina. Get to know the charm of our Marina and see various boats from the covered veranda. In addition, from your accommodation you can be on the beach at the recreational lake and at our beach club in no time. The location of the Havenhuisje makes a stay in this accommodation unique.

Prices shown include:
Accommodation rental, compulsory fixed costs, tourist tax for two people, access to swimming pool and games hall, use of WiFi & parking for one car. You have to leave the accommodation clean; this means you have to take off the beds yourself, the dishwasher should be emptied, collect and dispose of all waste at the environmental centre and place the inventory as how you found it. The thermostat should also be turned down on departure.
Each additional person: Tourist tax p.p.p.n.
Preferential costs: You have the option to choose your own spot (if available). Additional costs apply for this option.
 
Good to know: 
- From November 2022 to March 2023, these accommodations are not bookable. 
- Our holiday park is open all year round. Our facilities are closed between 9 January 2023 and 24 March 2023. 
- In case of excessive energy consumption, an after-tax bill may follow.
- You must leave the accommodation clean on departure.
- The general terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
- The photos shown may differ from your actual pitch.
- You are not allowed to charge an electric car at your accommodation. This is possible in the car park opposite reception.
- The minimum age for booking accommodation is 21 years. 
- A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per accommodation (in selected cottages). No other pets are allowed.
- We process group bookings of several individual accommodations on request. These should be requested by e-mail at receptie@eilandvanmaurik.nl.

- We are a holiday tion park without fireworks: it is not allowed to set off fireworks at the park during New Year's Eve.
